Underwhelming stay due to service issues

The location of the hotel is acceptable. It is very close to the beach.
The restaurant service was not good at all. I had to wait for a very long time for the show cooking items. My food got cold while I waited for the chef to cook my meat, so I will not be staying here again.

i found the location excellent near the beach and restaurants the hotel was very clean throughout my room was spacious with a good shower the staff were pleasant and helpful always. there were plenty of sunbeds available near the pool. the desserts at meals were particularly good quality. drinks were reasonably priced.
i noticed the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in my room sometimes it was intermittent but not a huge problem.

charming stay with good details

i stayed for several days and found some wonderful features. the breakfast buffet had a fresh selection and good variety. i liked the eco-friendly focus, showing a commitment to sustainability. the location was fantastic, right across from the promenade and beach. the staff were very friendly during my whole stay!
The gym was a bit small. It only had a few pieces of equipment.

The hotel provides large, comfortable rooms designed for relaxation. I loved the convenient location near both the beach and many restaurants. The Bluuma beach bar is a great new addition. Food and drinks are high quality! Housekeeping was superb, and the front desk staff was also first-rate.
I noticed a few cracks on the balcony, something that could be improved.

Staff members are pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The reception staff were so helpful answering my questions about the local area! They provided maps and ordered taxis for me, which I appreciated.

the bedroom was lovely. it had great air-conditioning and a very clean bathroom, and the shower was great too. we were on the first floor. we had a sea view.
